B+L reserves the rights to amend any Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Submission of entries implies automatic acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw. In the event of dispute, B+L’s decision is final.
Terms & Conditions
- Lucky draw is open to all residents of Singapore.
- Employees of B+L and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the ULTRA Family Lucky Draw Contest.
- Only submitted entries with valid receipt indicating a minimal purchase of any 2 boxes of ULTRA contact lenses will qualify for the respective monthly draws.
- Only purchases made between 1 January to 31 December 2020 (both dates inclusive) at optical shops located in Singapore will be eligible for the lucky draws.
- A potential entrant or winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with all terms and conditions set forth.
- Winners will be selected at random at the discretion of B+L. Decisions of the organizer are final, and no correspondences will be entertained.
- The winners will be notified by Whatsapp/SMS/Email along with a Redemption Letter.
- The Winners must present the original copy of the receipt, Redemption Letter, and produce their NRIC/passport for the purpose of verification to claim their prizes.

- B+L shall have the right to publish winner's personal details for promotional or publicity purposes without prior notice.
- Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or products.
- B+L may, at any time and without notice in its sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize with any other item of a similar value without giving notice.
- B+L will not be responsible for any loss of vouchers after prize collection.
- All prizes which remain unclaimed after stipulated prize collection deadline will be forfeited. (Refer “Key Dates” section)
- Any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to B+L and its assigned agencies for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Lucky Draw, and such other purposes B+L may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided B+L with consent.
- The Company will only retain Personal Data for as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose for which it was collected or to which you have given your consent, except where otherwise provided by law.
- This Lucky Draw is governed by Singapore law, and each participant shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
- If for any reason any aspect of promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, technical failure, or any cause beyond the control of the Company, the Company may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify suspend the promotion.
Key Dates
- Entries submission for the respective monthly lucky draw will close on the last calendar day of each month at 23:59.
(e.g. Entries submitted in Jan will participate in JAN Lucky Draw and submission will close on 31 January 2020 at 23:59
- Lucky draw will be conducted on the 5th working day of the subsequent month.
(e.g. JAN Lucky draw will be conducted on 7 Feb)
- Monthly Winner listings will be published on B+L Facebook by 14th calendar day of the subsequent month
(e.g. JAN Lucky draw winners will be published by 14 Feb)
- Monthly Winner will be notified via SMS/Email with stipulated prize collection deadline, by 14th calendar day of the subsequent month.
(e.g. JAN Lucky draw winners will be notified by 14 Feb)
- Winning entries will be removed from participating in subsequent monthly lucky draws. Non-winning entries will be eligible to participate in subsequent monthly lucky draws if any.
- Prize collection deadline is on the last working day of the second subsequent month, after lucky draw month.
(e.g. Deadline for JAN Lucky draw prize collection is on Tue 31 March)
*NOTE: Lucky draw month will refer to the entries’ submission month, instead of when the lucky draw is conducted.
